DISC Profile Version Upgrade Request Form

How to Upgrade:

  1. Select the type of upgrade you want below
  2. Click the "ADD TO CART" button.
  3. Select the quantity of upgrades you want on the next page and udpate your cart. You will also have the option to return to this page to add more upgrades or proceed to checkout.
  4. After you checkout please send an email to upgrade@personalityservice.com with the list of each access code to be upgraded along with the version to upgrade that access code to. See example at the bottom of this page.
  5. Look for a confirmation email from us with your upgraded codes. We typically respond within one business day.

ACPI-RUEI-RCNB-SAMP to be upgrade to the Leadership Version
ACPI-SDVL-PLKS-SAMP to be upgraded to the Standard Version

Dont' worry, these instructions will also be emailed to you after your purchase is complete. The cost to upgrade is simply the price difference between the two versions. You can apply your discount coupon at checkout if you have one to obtain wholesale pricing.
